Anyone know what this is???? It self seeded last yr, very pretty flowers, its a shrub type thing and is now about 6ft high, l cut it right back last yr or early this yr. The branches are like bamboo:o))

If the flowers on the top shrub are like pendulous tassles ,and end up with wine coloured berries ,it looks to me like a Pheasant Berry or Leycesteria. We had one quite a few yrs ago from my dad's garden ,unfortunately we lost it in a bad winter.
