The Poppies in my garden, at this stage there are still loads to open, this morning they look as though they been blown about abit:o(((

The picture that l have given Dutch to auction for a charity. Its a Meninsky (google the name), he was my grandfather. It was found in a folder with other bits and pieces and put on ebay. l paid something like £20 - £30, its not my favourite and would like to help Dutch's charity....contact her if you are interested!!

Dear Madoc with bucket collar on having just got back from the vets on bank holiday Monday. He had to have 4 stitches after a sort of fight with a boxer dog, they rolled down the river bank and we think the injuries are from the fall not the boxer. He's doing well and has started being walked again on the lead:o)))

The Seal pup was on the beach in California, this part of the beach is closed to the public and wardens patrol 24/7. He looks really cute does'nt he, but grows into a massive ugly thing bless him:o)) We were there 2007.


The Deer are in Monmouthshire somewhere, can't remember where, but its not far from us. There was an advert in the local paper telling the public about the deer. When we got there the owner was making a Nativity Scene, saddly we did'nt see the finished article, it looked quite big too. He breeds deer and was telling of a male that got in over the fence (6ft high) and never left:o))))

Thats me about to stroke his nose, but you have to watch those antlers!! lol

My old cat Jimmy, (fat cat)he died about a year ago, He was sitting by the pond, which has gone now:o(( too many blinky leaves from the 100ft fir trees behind and apples:o(( There are alot of weeds down there now, needs attention...

This is a massive Dragon fly that landed on the top of a bamboo cane which was supporting a very large Sunflower, he was massive and the sunflower.

The Sparrow and Reed bunting........

Hi....the first 3 pics are the Sparrow, hes on the fence again this morning chirping away, l can only thinks its either a chick calling his mum or a mum calling her chick. l thought l could here a chirp further away this morning but its raining now and l have to go out.
The other 2 pics are the Reed Bunting, so like the Sparrow but a black head instead a part black head.
